Terms of Service
These terms apply between Usama Zafar (sole trader), company reg. no. 19921022-3831 (”Hantverksnavet”, ”we”) and you as a customer (”the customer”, ”you”) for the Hantverksnavet service.
1. The service
We build, host and maintain a website for your business. The subscription includes design, hosting, domain management, security, backups and ongoing minor edits according to your plan (Base or Plus).
2. Prices and payment
Current prices are shown on the website and are stated excluding VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment provider Stripe. One-time purchases (”Buy out”) are paid on order.
3. Trial period
New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel within the trial, no fee is charged.
4. Term and cancellation
There is no lock-in. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation, hosting of the site ends; if you wish to keep the site you may buy it outright.
5. Content, domain and intellectual property
You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials and information you provide. While the subscription is active we license the website to you for use in your business. With ”Buy out”, the finished site’s files are transferred to you. If you have your own domain you retain ownership of it; we assist with the technical handling.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided ”as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated in advance by email or on the website.
9. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts.
