Terms of Service
These terms apply between Usama Zafar (sole trader), company reg. no. 19921022-3831 (”Hantverksnavet”, ”we”) and you as a customer (”the customer”, ”you”) for the Hantverksnavet service.

1. The service
We build, host and maintain a website for your business. The subscription includes design, hosting, domain registration and management, security, backups and ongoing minor edits according to your plan (Base or Plus).
2. Prices and payment
Current prices are shown on the website and are stated excluding VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment provider Stripe. One-time purchases (”Buy out”) are paid on order.
3. Trial period
Viewing a website proposal is free and does not require a payment card. When you choose a subscription and register your payment card in Stripe, a 14-day free trial begins. If you cancel before the trial ends, no subscription fee is charged. Otherwise, Stripe automatically charges the saved card for your chosen subscription after the trial, then monthly in advance. The start date, first billing date and price are shown when you sign up. The trial does not apply to Buy out.
4. Term and cancellation
There is no lock-in. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation, hosting of the site ends; if you wish to keep the site you may buy it outright.
5. Content, domain and intellectual property
You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials and information you provide. While the subscription is active we license the website to you for use in your business. With ”Buy out”, the finished site’s files are transferred to you. A new domain is registered in your name. You retain ownership of both a domain we register for you and a domain you already have; we assist with the technical handling.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided ”as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated in advance by email or on the website.
9. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts.
