Five steps, from first conversation to ongoing care.

    We learn about your business

    Tell us what work you want to show, where you operate and whether you already have a website, domain or photos. If we have sent you a preview, we can review it together.

  2. 02

    You review the proposal

    Open the site on your phone and computer. Check services, photos, copy and contact details, then tell us what needs changing. The preview is free and does not place an order.

  3. 03

    We confirm content and price

    Choose Base, Plus or Buy out. We record the page count, domain, any additions and timeline. With Plus, we also agree the local SEO, Google Business Profile and monthly content work before you order.

  4. 04

    You approve before publication

    With Base or Plus we check links and contact features, connect the domain and publish after your approval. During a migration we review old web addresses and email settings before switching.

  5. 05

    We look after the site

    Your subscription includes hosting, maintenance and minor edits. Send new details or photos to your contact. We agree larger additions and expanded work before starting.

Common questions

The practical details, before you decide.

Does it cost anything to see the proposal?
No. The preview is free, needs no payment card and does not place an order.
When do the 14 free days begin?
The 14-day free trial begins when you choose a subscription and register your card in Stripe. Cancel before it ends to avoid a charge. Otherwise, the card is charged automatically for your chosen plan and then monthly in advance. Buy out has no trial.
What happens to my existing domain?
You keep it. We review access, email and existing web addresses and plan the connection. If you need a new domain, we register it in your name. Search rankings can change during a migration.
How soon can the site be published?
We confirm a timeline when the content, changes and domain access are ready. You approve the site before we publish it.
What happens if I cancel?
There is no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, when hosting ends. Your domain remains yours. If you want to keep the site files, you can buy out the site. Read the terms.
