Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how we process personal data under the GDPR.

2. What data we process

• Contact details — name, company, address, email and phone (from public registers and information you provide).
• Payment details — handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage data — when you open your personal preview via QR code or link, we record the visit (time, approximate device type, IP address) to gauge interest.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Deliver and invoice the service — performance of a contract.
• Contact you about a preview we built for your business and measure interest — legitimate interest.
• Accounting — legal obligation.

4. Recipients and processors

We share data with providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and visit measurement) and an optional email provider for messages. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed: customer data for the term of the agreement, accounting records for seven years as required by law, and prospect data until it is no longer relevant.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Contact us at kontakt@hantverksnavet.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. Cookies and tracking

Previews and our website may use necessary cookies and a simple visit measurement. We do not use third-party advertising.
