1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Contact details — name, company, address, email and phone (from public registers and information you provide).
• Payment details — handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage data — when you open your personal preview via QR code or link, we record the visit (time, approximate device type, IP address) to gauge interest.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Deliver and invoice the service — performance of a contract.
• Contact you about a preview we built for your business and measure interest — legitimate interest.
• Accounting — legal obligation.

4. Recipients and processors

We share data with providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and visit measurement) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed: customer data for the term of the agreement, accounting records for seven years as required by law, and prospect data until it is no longer relevant.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Contact us at hemsidor@hantverksnavet.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. Cookies and tracking

On this website we compare two homepage designs. Before you make a choice, we do not save a cookie for the comparison. If you allow it, the hn_home cookie remembers the homepage version for 30 days. The version is also included if you send a contact enquiry, so we can compare which versions lead to enquiries. The cookie contains only a version number, not a unique visitor ID.

Your allow or decline choice is stored in hn_home_choice for 30 days to respect your preference. You can change your choice or withdraw permission through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing permission deletes the version cookie. If you decline, our default version appears on your next homepage visit. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
